„Byla jsem tady na brigádě někdy v dubnu 2018 a od srpna už jsem nastoupila na hlavní pracovní poměr,“ říká mladá sympatická žena.
Vystudovala Střední školu služeb a podnikání v Ostravě-Porubě, která je zaměřená na masáže. „Každý týden jsme byli na praxi, naučili jsme se deset různých druhů masáží,“ říká Magdaléna Jandová. Oproti absolventům tříměsíčních kurzů tak získala kvalitní základy.
„Je pravda, že hodně studentů nakonec jde dělat něco jiného. I proto je asi masérů a masérek nedostatek. Z našeho ročníku, tedy z dvaadvaceti studentů, pracují jako masérky jen dvě spolužačky.“
Magdaléna neměla při hledání práce po škole problémy. „Potkali jsme se s panem fyzioterapeutem a nastoupila jsem tu na brigádu.“
Pracoviště Versis bylo založeno před deseti lety a zaměřilo se na pacienty s poruchami sluchu a rovnováhy. Takové poruchy velmi často s sebou přinášejí například silné závratě a když pracoviště hledalo možnosti, jak těmto lidem pomoci, přišlo se špičkovou fyzioterapií – od té již nebylo daleko k masážím.
Protože místní fyzioterapeut byl vrcholový sportovec a tíhl ke sportovní medicíně, začali k němu stále více chodit sportovci, kteří mají nějaký zdravotní problém. A právě fyzioterapeut k sobě potřeboval maséra – a získal jej v Magdaléně Jandové.
Magdaléna se stále na různých příkladech učí, konzultuje situace s fyzioterapeuty, rozšiřuje své znalosti. Například byla zvyklá u masáží lymfy na ruční techniky, ale fyzioterapeuti používají ke své práci i špičkové přístroje – takže se je postupně učí používat, což jí ulehčuje práci a výsledek je mnohdy ještě lepší než u ruční techniky.
„Samozřejmě neopomíjíme klasickou ruční techniku, kterou zvládám a mám ji odzkoušenou i na sobě. Pracuji také s lidmi po různých operacích, s jizvami. Další oblastí, které se věnuji, jsou kosmetické zákroky. Všichni víme, že se vpichuje botulotoxin na vyhlazení vrásek na obličeji, dekoltu, ale já dokáži díky špičkovým přístrojům vyhladit vrásky právě bez použití invazivních metod.“
Spolupráce s fyzioterpautem je mimořádně výhodná. Fyzioterapeut může po konzultaci s pacientem doporučit masáž, ale fungovat to může i opačně: masérka přijde na problém, se kterým pacienta pošle k fyzioterapeutovi.
„V tom jsme výjimeční, velmi blízce spolupracujeme a máme pracoviště jen pár metrů od sebe,“ říká mladá masérka. V centru Versis je tak k dispozici a připravena pomoci vrcholovým sportovcům, ale i starším lidem, aby jejich svaly neochabovaly.
„Víte já si myslím, že v této hektické době potřebuje občas masáž každý člověk, lidé si chtějí odpočinout od své práce, od sezení v autě, od každodenního režimu. Člověk úplně vypne, může i usnout, má klid. Já se klientovi snažím pomoct co nejvíc, když má nějaký problém. A když člověk přijde jen na relaxaci, tak mu ji dopřeju.“
